摘要


背景:限時飲食法(Time Restrict Feeding,簡稱TRF)被發現會增加空腹狀態的脂肪氧化率並改善和代謝有關的血液生化數值。本研究探討TRF對於空腹以及高脂肪餐後的脂肪氧化率影響。方法:以三名健康成年男性為受試者,分別進行為期五天的限時飲食法(TRF組),並於間隔至少七天後再進行控制組(CON組)實驗。TRF組在下午12點到下午8點之間攝取標準的飲食,CON組則是在上午8點到下午8點之間攝食;並於第六天上午採集受試者氣體後,使其食用高脂肪餐,接著採集氣體並觀察餐後4小時的脂肪氧化率。結果:在空腹狀態下,兩組之間的脂肪氧化率並沒有顯著差異(P = 0.109)。兩組之間的餐後脂肪氧化率曲線下面積並沒有顯著差異(P = 0.593)。結論:本研究發現TRF對空腹以及餐後之脂肪氧化率並無明顯影響。

Background: Time restrict feeding (TRF) increase the fasting fat oxidation and improve the metabolism biomarkers. This study investigated the effect of TRF on fat oxidation on fasting and after a high fat meal. Methods: Three healthy males completed 5-day time restrict feeding trial (TRF) and control trial (CON) in a random order separated by at least 7 days. The participants ate standard meals between 12 pm to 8 pm (TRF) and between 8 am to 8 pm (CON). The participants consumed a high-fat test meal on the sixth day. The gas sample were observed in the fasted state and for 4 h after consuming a high fat meal. Result: There were no different of the fasting fat oxidation (P = 0.109) and postprandial fat oxidation rate AUC (P = 0.593). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that TRF may not affect the fat oxidation on fasting and after a high fat meal.
