目的:肌內效貼紮對於運動後肌肉放鬆效果,常採用主觀自我感覺陳述肌肉酸痛的變化,較少使用客觀肌肉評估工具。本研究分析單腳舉踵運動後以及使用肌內效貼紮後,肌肉特性評估與自覺肌肉酸痛的差異。研究方法:招募健康受測者進行實驗,以慣用腳進行單腳舉踵離心收縮訓練,每組12下,共作三組,組間休息10秒。運動前後針對慣用腳進行評估,並於內外側腓腸肌使用肌內效貼布爪狀貼法,經過30分鐘再作後測。使用肌肉檢測儀(Myoton-Pro, Myoton AS, Tallinn, Estonia)與視覺類比量表(visual analogue scale, VAS)進行肌肉特性與酸痛評估。運動前後與貼紮前後,採用無母數分析進行統計分析。結果與結論:運動前後視覺類比量表顯著由0上升至3.50 ± 0.50,在運動後與貼紮後由3.5 ± 0.50下降至2.25 ± 0.43。運動前後外側腓腸肌的肌肉硬度有顯著差異(p <0.05),內側腓腸肌皆無顯著差異;運動後與貼紮後比較,外側腓腸肌的肌肉硬度、壓力釋放時間與底波拉參數有顯著差異(p <0.05),內側腓腸肌底波拉參數有顯著差異(p <0.05)。結論:單腳舉踵訓練會產生腓腸肌酸痛感,由於外側腓腸肌提供較大槓桿力量來穩定重心,肌肉檢測儀顯示外側腓腸肌的肌肉硬度顯著增加。此外,離心運動後使用肌內效小腿爪狀貼紮,由於增加皮下間隙,臨床上可應用於運動訓練後的肌肉放鬆與痠痛恢復。
Purpose : For the effect of kinesio taping on muscle relaxation after exercise, subjective self-report is often used to assess the changes in muscle soreness. However, the objective assessment tools for muscle soreness are rarely used. This study is to explore the difference between the objective assessment for muscle characteristics and the subjective self-report for muscle soreness while kinesio taping is used after performing a single-leg heel raise exercise. Methods : The healthy subjects were recruited in the experiment, and asked to perform single-foot heel lift exercise with the dominant foot. Each set of 12 times, a total of three sets, rests for 10 seconds between sets were used in the exercise. The claw-style of kinesio taping was used on the medial and lateral gastrocnemius muscles after the exercise. The myotonometer (Myoton-Pro, Myoton AS, Tallinn, Estonia) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to assess the muscle characteristics and soreness on gastrocnemius muscles before and immediately after exercise, and after 30-mins kinesio taping. The nonparametric statistics were used for statistical analysis. Results and discussion : The VAS increased significantly from 0 to 3.50 ± 0.50 before and immediately after exercise, and decreased from 3.5 ± 0.50 to 2.25 ± 0.43 after kinesio taping. There was a significant difference in the muscle stiffness of the lateral gastrocnemius before and immediately after exercise (p <0.05), but no significant difference was found between the medial gastrocnemius. Comparing with immediately after exercise and after kinesio taping, there were significant differences in the muscle stiffness, mechanical stress relaxation time and creep of the lateral gastrocnemius (p < 0.05) and creep of the medial gastrocnemius also had significantly different (p <0.05). Conclusion : The single-leg heel raise exercise could cause gastrocnemius muscle soreness. Because the lateral gastrocnemius muscle provides greater leverage to stabilize the center of gravity, the muscle stiffness of the lateral gastrocnemius muscle was found to increase. In addition, after the exercise, the intramuscular effect of claw-style kinesio taping is used to increase the subcutaneous space, and applied for muscle relaxation or soreness recovery after exercise training.
