隨著高新興科技領域的崛起,若以傳統招聘方式已難以滿足企業對人才的渴望,為更明確瞭解中國高層次人才尋訪的獵頭行業生態現況,和提供修讀人力資源專業學生未來另一個就業選擇方向,本研究針對中國10大獵頭公司進行分析。研究發現:(1)涉獵主要在第三產業、第二產業和第一產業的行業人才,第一產業以農業涉獵最高;第二產業以醫藥製造業和汽車製造業行業;第三產業以批發和零售業、IT/互聯網、金融業、房地產三個行業;(2)獵頭公司提供的業務類型可歸納為18種業務,以中高端人才尋訪業務最多,次為外包服務和諮詢服務;(3)主要客戶類型為大型民營企業,次為成長型新興企業和世界500強企業;(4)獵頭公司對於求職者,主要招募本科生和大專以上學歷的獵頭管培生、實習生、獵頭顧問助理,進行內部培訓。訊息傳遞著高校教育與獵頭行業所需的人才專業難以對接,研究結果有益高校在人才培養規劃和瞭解中國獵頭行業與高端人才市場方向發展參考。
With the rise of the high-tech field, traditional recruitment methods can no longer satisfy the enterprise's desire for talents. In order to have a clearer understanding of the current situation of the headhunting industry in the search for high-level talents in China, and provide students with majors in human resources in the future. Employment selection direction, this research analyzes the top ten domestic headhunting companies. The research found that: (1) Industry talents involved mainly in the tertiary industry, secondary industry, and primary industry. The primary industry is most involved in agriculture; the secondary industry is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and automobile manufacturing, and the tertiary industry is wholesale. And retail, IT/Internet, finance, and real estate; (2) The types of businesses provided by headhunting companies can be summarized into 18 types of businesses, with the most mid-to-high-end talent search business, followed by outsourcing services and consulting services; (3) The main types of clients are large private enterprises, followed by growth emerging companies and Fortune 500 companies; (4) For job seekers, headhunting companies mainly recruit fresh college students and college students for internal training.
