《上海博物館藏戰國楚竹書（八）．蘭賦》是戰國辭賦類作品非常珍貴的第一手資料。本文對〈蘭賦〉中一些疑難字句進行了考釋，讓全篇文義更明白曉暢，可以通讀。又對本篇的辭賦性質、在文學史上的價值，進行了探討。

The "Lan Fu" collected in The Warring States Period Chu Bamboo-strip Manuscript Held by Shanghai Museum (Vol.8) is a very precious primary source of the rhymed prose works during the warring states period. This article examines and interprets some difficult words and phrases in "Lan Fu", so that the whole poetry can be understood and read thoroughly. It also discusses the poetic character of the poetry and its value in the history of literature.
