In this article, we report on a 70-year-old male with exertional dyspnea for 6 months despite medication therapy. The angiography showed 70% diffuse stenosis from the proximal to distal segments of the left circumflex coronary artery (LCX). Despite appropriate lesion management with the aid of optical coherence tomography (OCT), a DynamX^(TM) Bioadaptor became dislodged while navigating the bend between the left main coronary artery (LM) and LCX. The DynamX^(TM) Bioadaptor became entrapped on the stent placed in the LM six months earlier due to acute coronary syndrome. The dislodged stent was subsequently retrieved effectively by snare, and another DynamX^(TM) Bioadaptor was successfully deployed. The final outcome was satisfactory, and the patient's symptoms also improved.
