近年來，人工智慧（AI）技術的發展迅猛，對於各行各業都帶來許多新的應用和改變。在這個科技化時代，如何將AI技術運用在偏遠地區的派出所，以提升其效能和服務水準，這是非常重要的課題。偏遠地區的派出所時常面臨著資源有限和人力不足的困境，引入AI技術可以彌補這些問題。首先，可以將監控系統升級為AI監控系統，通過人臉識別等技術，自動辨識可疑人物，提供即時警報，這樣即使派出所人力不足，亦能夠快速回應和處理可能發生的問題，確保社區的安全。然而，AI科技執法要能產生實質功效，並保障人民生命財產安全，仍需警政高層在制訂公共安全服務策略上與實際執行公共安全服務的指引等配套措施，讓警察同仁於日常工作上感受到AI應用的廣度與深度，並提高民眾滿意度（顏子棋et al., 2023），同時，亦需兼顧與當地民眾建立有溫度的連結。

In this technological era, how to apply AI technology to police stations in remote areas to improve their efficiency and service levels is a very important issue. Police stations in remote areas often face the dilemma of limited resources and insufficient manpower. The introduction of AI technology can make up for these problems. First of all, the surveillance system can be upgraded to an AI surveillance system, which can automatically identify suspicious persons and provide instant alerts through facial recognition and other technologies. This way, even if the police station is short of manpower, it can quickly respond and deal with possible problems to ensure the safety of the community. However, for AI technology law enforcement to be able to produce substantial results and protect the safety of people's lives and property, police top brass still need supporting measures such as formulating public security service strategies and guidelines for the actual implementation of public security services, so that police colleagues can experience it in their daily work. to the breadth and depth of AI applications and improve public satisfaction (Yan Ziqi et al., 2023).
