The e-sports industry has been booming in recent years, and e-sports events are increasing day by day. Reaction time is a key factor for e-sports players to win. A reference for improving the reaction time and operating comfort of mobile e-sports users. This study conducted experiments with several arm support angles to measure the reaction time and soreness of mobile e-sports players and verify their differences. This study recruited 30 subjects aged 18-30 years old, with an average of 23.93 years old (SD=1.72 years old), who knew the rules of the MOBA game. The subject sat on a chair with the back tilted 135°, and the arms were supported at five angles: no support, and shoulder flexion angles of 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°. After playing the MOBA game for 20 minutes at each angle, the reaction time test and subjective soreness questionnaire were conducted. The software used to measure reaction time was Reaction Speed, and the subjective pain questionnaire was a modified version of the Nordic Musculoskeletal Soreness Scale. The results of the study show that the reaction time of those tested at four angles with shoulder support was faster than that of those without support. The reaction time from fast to slow is, 30°<45°<15°<60°
