摘要


疫情及少子化趨勢後,產業面臨作業方法及人力短缺的影響,自動化產業的需求增加,低階純粹省人力的專案越來越無法滿足產業界的需求,下游客戶急需上游供應商即時資訊,對銷售到物料控管及製造品質和運送等資訊需要能立即的獲得,並且依此資料進行有效的運作。在自動化行業裡有各種形態能力的公司,有些是零主件的供應者,有些是以技術發展為主,有些卻以代工或人力發展為主,系統整合性質的公司更是現在自動化產業發展的趨勢。也因為如此自動化系統廠商所面對的是外在的產業快速發展,及內部資源的急需加強和外部資源的應用,如此也使此類產業面臨巨大挑戰。 本研究將針對S公司內的自動化系統整合單位,在面臨外在環境及產業趨勢變化下所進行的一些流程及策略的改變方式,以轉型並朝永續經營的方向推行。我們向事業單位經營負責人進行深入訪談並取得相關資訊後,並將其以價值鏈的架構進行說明,從最終的客戶及產業面,再進行內部一些主要活動及支援活動分析,再加上供應鏈的活動來一一進行,這些改善使單位的營收及發展得到正向的發展,並達成轉型及永續發展目標,其中輔助一些數據的改變進行相對的驗證說明。

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the trend of declining birth rates,industries have been facing with the impacts of production process and labor shortages.The demand for automation in industries has increased.The projects which only focused solely on labor cost reduction increasingly inadequate to meet customer demands.Downstream customers urgently need real-time information from upstream suppliers,necessitating immediate access to information ranging from sales to material control, manufacturing quality, and transportation.Meanwhile,using data to implement an efficient operation.Within the automation industry,companies show various capabilities.Some serve as suppliers of individual components, others prioritize technology development,some primarily focus on outsourcing or labor development.However,companies with a focus on system integration represent the prevailing trend in the current development of the automation industry.Consequently,automation system vendors are faced with the rapid external development of the industry,the urgent need to strengthen internal resources,and the application of external resources, thereby presenting significant challenges to such industries. This study focuses on the evolution processes and strategies implemented by the automation system department within Company S.In response to changes in the external environment and industry trends,aiming to transition towards sustainable operations.Taking interviews with business unit managers and the acquisition of relevant information,we elucidate these processes and strategies within the framework of the value chain.Starting from the end customers and the industry perspective,we analyze the primary and support activities within the organization, supplemented by activities within the supply chain.These improvements have led to positive developments in the unit's revenue and growth.Thereby achieving transformation and sustainable development goals.Verification of these changes is supported by relative data adjustments.
