疫後大未來之牙醫產業數位轉型策略研究 —以S牙醫診所為例

摘要
新冠肺炎疫情目前在台灣已漸漸趨緩，然而牙醫產業卻在眾多復甦的產業當中盡力透過數位轉型來求得生存。本篇研究先透過整理數位轉型的相關文獻，導入科技接受模型(TAM)，再討論目前牙醫產業的發展與概況，歸納相關研究文獻，並透過個案討論與問卷調查的方式，探討在新冠肺炎疫情趨緩之後的現在，面對各種營運壓力之下，S牙醫診所進行數位轉型的成功關鍵因素；接著透過科技接受模型，對於牙醫產業的各個面相進行問卷研究、建立假說和探討分析，試圖找出在現今的牙醫產業及轉型策略，並探究兩者之間的關係，分析調查結果，以瞭解選擇和意願影響原因；最後將牙醫診所和數位轉型計劃結合，在舊有文獻和理論基礎之下，如何在現今科技創新和社會進步的時代，繼續其適宜性和可行性的探討，並提出未來可能面對的挑戰及因應對策，以提供後續研究之參考。

The COVID-19 epidemic in Taiwan is gradually abating, prompting various industries, including the dental sector, to undergo significant digital transformations as part of their recovery efforts. This study undertakes a comprehensive review of pertinent literature on digital transformation, incorporating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Subsequently, it delves into the current status and outlook of the dental industry, consolidates relevant research findings, and employs case discussions and questionnaire surveys. The objective is to explore the critical success factors for the digital transformation of the dental clinic amid the ongoing operational challenges posed by the waning COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model, a questionnaire-based investigation is conducted across diverse facets of the dental industry. The study formulates hypotheses and engages in in-depth analysis and discussion, aiming to discern the prevailing strategies employed within the dental industry and their correlation with the ongoing digital transformation. The survey results are meticulously analyzed to comprehend the factors influencing choices and intentions within the dental industry. In conclusion, this research integrates insights from the dental industry with digital transformation strategies, leveraging existing literature and theoretical foundations. It endeavors to assess the suitability and feasibility of these strategies in the contemporary era characterized by technological innovation and societal progress. The paper concludes by proposing potential challenges and countermeasures for the future, serving as a valuable reference for subsequent research endeavors.
