台灣中醫診所在過去是街坊鄰居的好朋友,隨著時代的演進,中醫診所如雨後春筍般的設立,對於已經在地服務接近二十年的中醫診所而言,面臨的挑戰將會是如何在未來集團式經營大者恆大的環境下持續營運。因此,診所應當如何轉型以及該選擇何種轉型策略是本個案研究的主軸,透過管理學上的工具,包括BCG矩陣、SWOT分析、策略鑽石模型、商業模式九宮格,以及財務預測模型找出最適合的經營模式。參考傳統藥局以及連鎖藥局的發展軌跡,原本的單間中醫診所應該擴大營運規模,還是開連鎖診所或是尋求新的投資方加入……等等。從經營管理的角度出發,跳脫以醫師個人魅力單打獨鬥的狀態,並導入AI科技、增加醫療儀器與提供更廣的健康美學服務及預防醫學,以更廣的面向發展才有機會讓中醫診所在轉型經營的路上發展得更有前景。
In the past, Taiwanese traditional Chinese medicine clinics were good friends with their neighbors. However, with the evolution of time, traditional Chinese medicine clinics have sprung up like mushrooms after the rain. For a clinic that has been serving the local community for nearly twenty years, the challenge it faces will be how to continue operating in an environment where large-scale group operations dominate. Therefore, how clinics should transform and which transformation strategy to choose is the focus of this case study. Through management tools such as the BCG Matrix, SWOT analysis, Strategy Diamond Model, Business Model Canvas, and financial forecasting models, the most suitable operating model will be identified. Referring to the development trajectory of traditional pharmacies and chain pharmacies, the original single traditional Chinese medicine clinic should consider expanding its operation scale, opening chain clinics, or seeking new investment partners... and so on. From the perspective of business management, breaking away from the state of relying solely on the personal charm of physicians and introducing AI technology, increasing medical equipment, and providing a broader range of health aesthetic services and preventive medicine are necessary for the clinic's growth.
