在強調電源管理及節能的今日,降低電源供應器或電能轉換器在待機時的電能消耗日益重要。因此在本論文中提出應用於準諧振返馳式電能轉換器的突衝模式(Burst Mode)脈波電路設計,用以達成降低此轉換器在極輕載或無載時之切換損失及傳導損失,使系統待機功率降低。 此論文之突衝模式脈波電路實際應用於準諧振返馳式電能轉換器之綠色模式操作(Green Mode Operation),電路實現想法來自弛張式時脈電路,以此為基本架構設計出突衝模式脈波電路。此突衝模式脈波電路採用0.5μm、2P3M的CMOS製程模擬並下線,此電路之量測結果與原本設計之功能相同。
Reducing standby power of the power supply or converter is more and more important, because of emphasizing power management and energy conservation today. The burst mode circuit in this thesis is applied to the quasi-resonant mode flyback converter to reduce switching loss and conduction loss under very light load and no load. The burst mode circuit in this thesis is actually applied to green mode operation of the quasi-resonant mode flyback converter. The basic circuit architecture is from the relaxation oscillator. The manufacturing technology of the burst mode circuit is 0.5μm、2P3M CMOS process. The designed functions of the burst mode circuit are verified by the experimental result.
