企業員工健康健康檢查數據分析-以某企業為例

摘要


研究背景:台灣各大企業普遍都非常重視員工的健康情況,每年定期都提供給員工固定的健康檢查方案。許多企業已提供多年員工健檢服務,員工經由參與健康檢查經驗,一方面可以提高員工的自我健康意識,另一方面可以讓企業了解如何規劃有效的健康服務。 研究目的: 本研究係以台灣某企業為例,利用多年期的員工健檢資料進行分析,了解企業員工的健康與變化情形,以利未來的健康管理規劃。 研究方法:該企業初期員工健檢資料分散在各個健檢機構,後來逐步收集每年對員工實施健康管理的數據,累積至今已有十多年的員工健康大數據的基礎。本研究首先去除個資及企業不楬露的資料,資料整理後共去除不完整的數據資料17,647筆,有效取得樣本數超過10萬筆資料,連續三年都有健檢資料的員工數為7,982位,連續有五年的員工有6,098位。健檢資料則包含11項生理檢查指標如血糖、膽固醇等數據,建構出六類疾病如高血糖、高血脂、肝功能、腎功能等。經過資料清理與除錯之後,先以每年橫斷性的方式進行描述性群統計,以性別、年齡、工作地區(以台灣及海外派駐大陸地區)、工作職級等項目分類,之後並以卡方檢定及邏輯斯迴歸,進行分析性統計。 結果:研究發現有三項重要結果:(1)該企業員工之健檢數據相較國民平均健康指標,飯前血糖、腰圍之指標表現較差,丙胺酸轉氨脢之指標表現較差,三酸甘油酯之指標表現較佳;(2)以六大重要疾病為例,發現在2010年與2020年間之各項健檢指標數值皆相近持平,僅高血脂看出明顯有較好的改善;(3)與職場相關的變項,如工作職級及派駐工作地點,與主要慢性疾病沒有顯著的關聯。 結論:本研究採用實證健康檢查數據進行分析,發現過去10年間,員工的健康情形並沒有明顯變化,且重要慢性疾病與職級與工作地沒有顯著相關,反而是肥胖指數等因素影響最明顯,未來企業應著重員工日常運動或改善生活作息等方案,達到疾病預防與健康促進的效果。

Background: Many companies in Taiwan value a great deal of their employees’ health and invest a considerable amount of expenses to provide them with annual health examination services. With many years of health management experience, the companies not only increases employees’ health awareness, but also help on improve companies’ health service planning. Objective: Using real health examination data from a big company in Taiwan to understand the changes and factors associated with employee’s health status. Methods: This study is based on an international high-tech manufacturing company. The employee health examination data were gathered from various health check-up institutions and re-organized systematically to form a longitudinal database for more than ten years. After the removal of personal identification and confidential company information, and deleting 17,647 incomplete health check-up records, we managed to obtain over 100,000 valid employees health check-up record. There are 7,982 employees with three consecutive year of health check-ups record, and 6,098 employees with five consecutive years of record. The collected employee health check-up data are analyzed according to gender, age, and work location (in Taiwan or overseas in China) by using X square and logistic regression models. Results: The study found three significant results: (1) The employees’ health check-up data in comparison to national average health indicates that: pre-meal blood sugar and waist circumference are poor, alanine aminotransferase numbers are poor, meanwhile triglycerides numbers are better. (2) Taking into account the six major diseases, the health check-up indicators in 2010 vs. 2020 are all similar levels, only high blood lipids show obvious improvement. (3) There is no obvious correlation between employees’ workplace variables (job rank, job location, etc.) and health check-up indicators related to major chronic diseases. Conclusion: Based on the empirical employee health examination data collected, there is no significant improvement or deterioration trend in employee health status. Moreover, there is no significant correlation between major chronic diseases and workplace variables. Yet, traditional factors such as Body-mass index is an important risk factor. Programs focusing on improving exercise and daily life should be considered to achieve the goal of disease prevention and health promotion for employees.
