This article leverages the widely discussed topic of digital resilience during the pandemic and the concept of an "Infodemic" mentioned by WHO during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), the research constructs a model to analyze major aspects such as sources of medical information, institutional trust, and health promotion behaviors, incorporating an adequate resources evaluation as a control variable to ensure model stability. As the resurgence of COVID-19 has become the norm, Taiwan faced the sixth wave of COVID-19 in July 2024. As the post-pandemic world gradually reopens, the high variability of the virus and frequent global human mobility make pandemic control more complex. This study explores and models how, in the post-pandemic era, people's health promotion behaviors change in the face of information overload and the resources provided by governments, environments, and societies. This research can provide practical recommendations for future pandemics. The research shows that information provided by news media, the internet, and medical institutions has a significant impact on "information convenience." Access to health-related information from various sources can enhance the public's convenience in obtaining health information, thereby influencing their health behaviors. The study also finds that medical trust and a good doctor-patient relationship are significantly positively correlated with health promotion behaviors after the pandemic. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing information transparency and trust between doctors and patients during public health crises, pointing out that improving information dissemination and communication strategies can help enhance public health behaviors and overall well-being.
