電子線材製造業這是一個勞力密集,進入門檻低的產業,但是任何電子裝置一定缺少不了電子線材,雖然電子製造業在新聞中總是以毛三到四的利潤來說明,不過,這都是說明消費性產品的情況;然而,在汽車、工業電腦、博弈機台、醫療設備、特殊環境下儀器、軍用設備,也都需要它,並且利潤比上訴來得好上許多,只不過這類的產品相對消費性產品都是量多樣。在網際網路的年代,資訊傳遞快速,也讓所有產業相對變化快速,一台機器的研發如果超過一個月,製造出來的產品就有可能就失去機會,因此在研發過程要比傳統模式下快速,雖然現在有許多通訊與電腦輔助工具有效協助,例如email,IM軟體,視訊會議與手機,這確實對於客戶需求溝通或客戶工程需求溝通有所幫助,但在筆者在業界多年的經驗與研究,還是需要最快七到九天的溝通,這包含詢價、產品規格確認、倉庫材料清查與圖面確認等。 為解決這樣的問題,本研究透過VCC價值創造循環而提出一個新的雲端平台商業模式「線束設計價值創造循環平台」,改善研發產品開發的流程,不僅串聯企業與企業的溝通,使其更快速、更精確、更整合、更有效,解決B2B的問題,還擴展到B2C,C2C與C2B的商業模式,縮短企業與設計者到消費者的距離,讓多方可以直接溝通。企業或設計者可以藉由平台提供的標準化工具與需求者溝通與行銷,需求者也可以在EC平台上下單與回饋需求與改善資訊,也藉由社群平台、搜尋網站的連結與SEO,讓製造者與設計者有更多曝光機會;此外平台後端的供應商、組裝廠與設計者都可以透過金流分潤制度取得利潤,平台也提供售後服務給購買者,供應者與需求者都在這一平台上各自取得利益,也因為不管是哪一方都可以獲取各自的利益,而達到價值創造循環。
The industrial of wire harness and cable assembly are labor-intensive and low barriers to entry in. However it is very important parts in electronic device. Although the gross profit of electronics industrial is always in the around 3 or 4 percentage of revenue. It is only in consumer products, but automotive, industrial computers, gambling machines, medical equipment, specific environment instruments and military equipment. That’s revenue are higher than consumer products. That are just various types of products in small quantities. In generation of internet, the all industrials are fastest as the information. Let us see if the machine design is over than a month. The products will be lost opportunity. Therefore, the R&D must to be faster than traditional model. Although there are many effective tools to communicate with the computer-aided assistance, such as email, IM software, video conferencing and mobile phones, which really needs to communicate to customers or customer engineering requirements to communicate helpful, but in my many years of experience in industry and research, still need the fastest seven to nine days of communication, which include an inquiry to confirm product specifications, materials warehouse inventory and drawing confirmation. To solve this problem, this study is based on value creation cycle to propose a new cloud platform business model "wiring harness design platform for value creation cycle", to improve R&D product development process, not just a series of communication between enterprises, making it faster more accurate, more integrated and more effective to solve the problem of B2B, but also extends to B2C, C2C and C2B business model, businesses and designers to shorten the distance to the consumer, so that multi-direct communication. Enterprises, seller and designer could communicate with buyer and improving marketing through standardized tools. And demand by companies could also place order, give feedback of products and improvement information by platform. The platform provides marking mechanism it will connect social media, pay per click and search engine optimizing, so enterprises, seller and designers have more exposure opportunities; moreover platform back-end suppliers, assembly plant and the designer can make a profit by cash flow system, the platform also provides after-sales service to buyers. Suppliers and demanders are on this platform to achieve their revenue. Therefore no matter which party can get their own revenue, and achieve value creation cycle.
