本文之目的是要分析行動咖啡摩托車隊的商業模式與概念是否可行,將採取以下之工具分析之。首先,本文檢視台灣的咖啡市場以及台灣咖啡消費者的特性。藉由前述的分析,引導出提出行動咖啡摩托車隊的商業模式的動機。第三章將介紹行動咖啡摩托車隊的產品以及商業模式。第四章則是要透過精實畫布的分析工具,驗證此商業模式為可行。接著將於第五章使用SWOT分析以及波特五力之分析工具,來探討市場及策略方向。第六章將提出成本分析、五年損益表、五年現金流量表等財務預測模型,以驗證此商業模式在財務上的健康程度。最終結論為行動咖啡摩托車隊之商業計劃為可行並將成功創業。
This thesis is to analyze and examine whether the business plan of the fleet of cafe motorbikes is feasible. First, the overview of Taiwan’s coffee market and the characteristics of Taiwan’s coffee consumers are analyzed. The first analysis is to explain the motivation of the business plan. The product and the proposed business model of the fleet of cafe motorbikes are introduced in Chapter 3. In Chapter 4, we examine the business model by using lean canvas analysis. Fifth, by using the SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces, the business plan is analyzed from the marketing and strategy viewpoints. In Chapter 6, financial forecasts of the cafe motorbikes business are made to make sure the plan is in health financially by using the cost of goods sold break-down, the five-year income statement, and the five-year cash-flow statement. From the above analysis on the business plan, we conclude that the business plan of the fleet of cafe motorbikes business is feasible.
