本論文針對中華電信公司為例探討企業社會責任的理論內涵與實踐。研究者首先透過歷史及個案分析,檢視中華電信公司企業社會責任發展現況,接著以「語音隨身助理APP」為例進行質性研究,以瞭解此APP的設計與推動如何展現中華電信公司之企業社會責任上的具體實踐。研究結果顯示,「語音隨身助理APP」具有以下特性與效益:(1)為視障生活帶來便利,(2)友善的使用介面,(3)以使用者為中心,崁入AI人工智慧設計,讓學習不中斷,(4)有助於個人學習成長,(5)落實社會關懷,免費使用無負擔,(6)擴大使用效益。本論文依企業社會責任的理論基礎以及使用者經驗理論進行分析,並提出對中華電信公司及「語音隨身助理APP」宜採行的作法與建議。
This thesis takes Chunghwa Telecom Corporation as an example to examine the theoretical implications and implementations of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Using historical and case analysis, the researcher first depicted the current status of CSR of the company, and then conducted a qualitative study on the case of "Voice Portable Assistant APP”, understanding how its design and development shows a concrete practice of CSR of the company. The study results showed several characteristics and benefits of "Voice Portable Assistant" APP: (1) bringing convenience for the life of the visually impaired, (2) friendly user’s interface, (3) based on users’ perspective with AI design, making learning a continuous process, (4) helpful for individual learning and growth, (5) with free usage, actualized the goal of social care, and (6) expanding the benefits of usages. This thesis is based on the theoretical foundation of CSR and the theory of user experience. At the end, the researcher proposed suggestions and recommendations for Chunghwa Telecom and the implementation of "Voice Portable Assistant" APP.
