Interactive White Board(IWB) were originally developed for use in business to record meetings and for demonstration of concepts. Nowadays, Interactive White Board becomes an important platform in a classroom for smart education, adaptive learning and schools. In 2018, the global Interactive White Board market size is 21 billion NTD. The major vendors of Interactive White Board almost come from oversea, not Taiwan. Among them, China vendors are playing the role of manufacturer for Interactive White Board industry chain. Also, Taiwan vendors develop gradually a proper business strategy recent years in this market. This thesis studies and analyzes the pass and current competitive situation of the Interactive White Board vendors between Taiwan and others by using SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The research wants to help Taiwan vendors and Taiwan Interact White Board industry to make more advantages and increase the earning and the opportunities for Interactive White Board business.
