摘要


自2002年台灣喊出兩兆雙計畫,半導體跟面板產業在政府的扶植下蒸蒸日上,但自2008年後分紅費用化以及大陸開始大舉扶持中國面板產業(京東方、華星)等,讓台灣許多的工程人員轉移到中國工作,讓其大陸面板業快速地崛起並且瓜分市場,讓台灣的面板漸漸地喪失領導優勢。在近五年中國政府也重施舊計將先前瓜分面板的方式運用在半導體產業上,台灣政府跟IC設計公司要如何防堵中國半導體產業的惡性競爭,且在此要如何提升自我競爭力來拉開與中國半導體產業的距離。 本研究針對LCD產業中關鍵零組件-驅動IC產業在疫情前後現況分析,以及未來要如何因應中國半導體崛起的威脅。並且以台灣LCD驅動IC設計公司-F科技為例,透過Porter的五力分析,PEST外在環境分析,以及SWOT對公司內外分析。來探討台灣LCD驅動IC在疫情後該如何加強競爭力來避免中國驅動IC廠商的低價策略以及布局下一個產業規劃。

Since 2002 Taiwan announced the 2 trillion dual plan, the semiconductor and panel industries have been thriving under the support of the government, but since 2008, the dividends have been paid and the mainland has begun to support China's panel industry (BOE, Huaxing, etc.), so that many of Taiwan's The transfer of engineers to work in China has allowed the mainland's panel industry to rise rapidly and divide up the market. Taiwan's panel has gradually lost its leading edge. In the past five years, the Chinese government has also re-applied the old plan to apply the previous method of dividing up the panel to the semiconductor industry In the above, how should the Taiwan government and IC design companies prevent vicious competition in China's semiconductor industry, and how to improve their own competitiveness to distance themselves from China's semiconductor industry. This study aims at analyzing the current status of the driver IC industry, a key component in the LCD industry, before and after the epidemic, and how to respond to the threat of the rise of China's semiconductors in the future. Taking Taiwan-based LCD driver IC design company-F Technology as an example, through Porter's five-force analysis, PEST external environment analysis, and SWOT analysis of the company's internal and external. Let's discuss how Taiwan's LCD driver ICs can strengthen their competitiveness after the epidemic to avoid the low-price strategy of Chinese driver IC manufacturers and lay out the next industrial plan.
