台灣保時捷充電網絡佈局策略

摘要


電動車早在百年前就出現,曾紅極一時,卻因為電池與充電技術的瓶頸遲遲無法克服而沒落。近年來,科技的突飛猛進使得電動車及關鍵的電池技術有了重大突破,加上環保主義興起,使得電動車再度成為當今的熱門議題。隨著電動車的再次興盛,相關的充電產業也跟著水漲船高。其中,充電基礎建設作為電動車核心動力來源,成為支撐著電動化浪潮背後的功臣。 本研究選定保時捷,一間全球知名的德國車廠,作為研究對象。與燃油車相比,電動車在動力組成、性能表現、操控上都有很大的差異。而保時捷素來以傳統的高性能跑車著稱,卻不被過去的成功所束縛,是率先提出電動化目標的車廠之一。2017年於台灣成立的分公司—台灣保時捷在創立初期即開始積極佈局全台充電網絡,且是當前唯一一間建立自有品牌充電站點的歐洲車廠,同時,也在2020年底導入品牌電動車Taycan,顯示其電動化的決心。 本研究探討電動車及其相關產業在全球以及台灣市場的發展狀況,以及充電產業的營運模式和相關技術應用,並針對保時捷從集團電動化策略到分公司的充電佈局策略進行分析,提出目前所面臨的幾項困難,包括交流充電樁未連網、快充不對外開放,以及充電服務尚未訂價等問題,並提出相應的解決方式與建議,同時,也對公司未來可能的發展方向提出看法。

Electric cars were once a smash hit, but declined again due to the bottleneck of battery and charging technology. In recent years, the rapid advancement of technology has led to major breakthroughs in electric vehicles and battery technologies. Coupled with the rise of environmentalism, electric vehicles have once again become a hot topic today. With the resurgence of electric vehicles, the related charging industry has also risen. Among them, as the power source of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure have become the main reason behind the success of electrification. This research chooses Porsche, a world-renowned German car manufacturer, as the research case. Porsche is one of the first carmakers to propose electrification goals. The branch company, Porsche Taiwan, began to actively deploy the entire charging network in the early days of its establishment, and is currently the only European car factory that has established its own charging station. It also introduced brand EV, Taycan, at the end of 2020. This research discusses the development of electric vehicles and related industries in both global and Taiwan markets, as well as the business model of the charging industry and related technology applications. It also analyzes Porsche’s strategy from the group’s electrification statement to the branch’s charging network strategy, and mentioned several difficulties it currently faces, including the fact that the AC charger is not connected to the internet, exclusive fast charging, and the undecided pricing strategy for charging service, and put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
