本研究之目標在於提升超音波牙鑽的切削效率,增加在臨床上的實用性。首先先分析電鍍鑽石超音波牙鑽與CVDD超音波牙鑽的差別,並經由一系列實驗找出CVDD牙鑽移除材料的機制,進而設計新的CVDD牙鑽表面。以加熱的方法改變牙鑽表面情形,並探討不同表面的CVDD牙鑽之間切削效果的關聯性。研究結果顯示CVDD超音波牙鑽的切削表現的確較電鍍牙鑽效果為優,並且有可以持續切削的優點。而對於牙釉質的磨削,方向性十分重要,在平行釉柱方向加工效果比垂直釉柱更好,並且各有其不同的材料移除方式。最後發現在氮氣中加熱10分鐘的CVDD牙鑽擁有比原來更好的切削性質,可在平行以及垂直釉柱方向的加工分別得到60%及30%的材料移除率增長。
The aim of this study was to increase enamel removal rate of dental diamond burs with ultrasonic system. In this study, the cutting performances of burs made by electroplated diamond and by chemical vapor deposition diamond (CVDD) were compared, and the mechanism of enamel removal of CVDD was analyzed. Further, CVDD burs with new surface morphology created by heating at 700℃ were proposed. The results revealed that the cutting performances of CVDD burs are better than the electroplated diamond one. When preparing cavities on enamel, the direction of enamel prism influences a lot. Working direction parallel to the enamel prism gets better performance than perpendicular to it. After 10 minutes heating in Nitrogen, the enamel removal rate of parallel and vertical enamel prism increased respectively in 60% and 30% than original.
