我國自2015年起,開始有保險公司研發出具有外溢效果的保險商品,中央主管機關亦有心推動此類保險商品,除了具有保險之功能外,也能強化自主健康管理意識,提升我國身體保健之水平,減少醫療資源的損耗,緩解健保給付的支出,是為有利於全民之福祉。 外溢型保險商品推行至今,難以獲得保險業者與消費者間共鳴,乏人問津。此類保險商品的銷售情形,雖逐年略見成長,但就整體人身保險市場,其市佔率微乎其微,亦少見保險公司有明顯推動行銷或策略。 本研究就此現行情勢,進行深入訪談與分析,探索其中之問題所在,並試圖提出建議,期許本研究結果,能對我國現行外溢型保險商品的進步與發展,略有助益。
Since 2015, insurance companies in Taiwan have begun to develop insurance products with spillover effects. The central competent authority is also determined to promote such insurance products. In addition to having insurance functions, it can also strengthen the awareness of independent health management and improve Taiwan’s health care. Level, reduce the loss of medical resources, and ease the expenditure of health insurance benefits, is to benefit the welfare of the whole people. Since the introduction of spillover insurance products, it has been difficult to resonate between insurance companies and consumers, and there has been little interest. Although the sales of this type of insurance products have grown slightly year by year, their market share in the overall life insurance market is very small, and it is rare for insurance companies to significantly promote marketing or strategies. This research conducts in-depth interviews and analysis on this current situation, explores the problems in it, and tries to make suggestions. It is hoped that the results of this research will be slightly helpful to the progress and development of my country's current spillover insurance products.
