中文摘要 近年來網路與電腦的普及加速了網路資料中心(Internet Data Center, IDC)機房的建置,但IDC機房始終在各類建築的電力消耗排名上名列前茅。隨著地球暖化、能源吃緊,節能議題受到關注,如何降低機房能耗提升運作效率,已是企業極為重要與急迫的管理大事。 根據LEED之能源評估必要條件,以300RT等級之IDC整體,PUE值至少須達到1.52以下為基本門檻,但反觀國內網路資料中心機房經由實際量測結果PUE平均約為1.9以上,由此可見資訊機房節能具30%以上節能空間,本研究之目的以能源使用效率(PUE)為指標探討網路資料中心機房節能改善,用以提供企業在設計及改善IDC機房時達成節能之效果。 本研究主要是以透過蒐集國內外網路資料中心機房節能相關文獻資料,瞭解其研究方法及結果並以相關案例進行網路資料中心機房節能方式之分析、比較,綜合文獻與研究案例節能改善之方法及論點,再經相關專業人士以問卷調查方式相互印證,再經問卷相關數據之統計分析做出結論,提供企業達到節能及減少IDC機房營運成本。 經由本研究之探討整理後,可歸納出下列幾點結論: 1. 本研究彙整文獻及案例找出耗能因子之主要節能項目共24項,經專業人士問卷分析重要性≧ 4.0 之項目共14項。 2. 利用問卷分析各耗能因子之主要節能項目,經彙整主要節能項目之平均數,以成對樣本T檢定之統計方法驗證各主要節能項目之重要性分類,用以提供企業設計及改善IDC機房時達成節能之效果。 關鍵字:網路資料中心、能源使用效率、CFD、Free Cooling
ABSTRACT The advancement of Internet and computer technology has largely increased the demand of building internet Data Center (IDC). But, high power energy consumption of IDC is always ranked among the top in all categories. In accordance with the era of earth getting warming and energy exhausting, the issues of energy-saving is concentrated by all of the world, how to reduce energy consumption and increase operational efficiency of IDC’s management becoming very urgent and serious matter to the owners of enterprise. The necessary condition of LEED’s energy evaluation of the IDC with 300RT level is PUE numerical has to be reached under 1.52, but in accordance with the real situation of PUE measurement result in local IDC constructions which is over 1.9 averagely, it shall has 30% improving space for energy-saving, the aim of my research is improving IDC energy- saving by PUE indication and provide the better design and innovation for IDC constructions for enterprises in country to reach the result of energy improvement. This research is collecting relative local and worldwide documents of high energy efficiency IDC constructions to get more understanding about the methods of studies and making the questionnaire to the experts, collecting more professional data then going through analysis and study to figure out better solution and points of IDC construction energy saving design, in order to provide local enterprises improving the best solution to cost down IDC’s operational fee effectively. The conclusion has been collected and arisen in accordance with the research as follow: 1. There are 24 energy consumption factors have been found from the literature review and content analysis. Moreover, through expert questionnaire, 14 factors with the importance score higher or equal than 4.0 are further sorted out for improvement consideration. 2. The solutions for the major factors of energy saving have been solicitated through questionnaires survey. After synthesizing major energy saving solutions, Paired-Samples T Test was performed to verify the reliability of the collected data. The resulted solutions could be suggested to the enterprises for improving their energy saving during IDC design and renovation construction in the future.
