真空雙效熱泵之性能研究及探討

摘要


在非再生能源漸漸缺乏的今日,人口數量卻是不斷的以指數形式上升,能源 需求也是不停地上升,甚至有上升速度越來越快的趨勢。人口的增長隨之而來的 是更加嚴重的溫室效應以及臭氧層的破壞。然而現有的空調使用的效率以及冷媒 卻無法遏止以上兩點問題,甚至成為加劇之幫兇。 本研究利用在低壓的情況下,沸點較低的原理,讓水能夠在常溫的情況下進 行蒸發吸熱的過程。既可以使用對環境友善的水作為冷媒又可以避免過高的壓縮 比導致耗能以及水蒸氣在高溫時產生的危險性。本研究也利用模擬排熱端的方 法,使得本系統有潛力從單純具製冷功能發展為既可以製冷又可以製熱的雙效熱 泵系統,進一步的讓效能提升。 本研究目的在於建立一個真空製冷熱泵系統,元件包含魯式真空泵浦、真空 泵浦及蒸發槽。研究一定的魯式真空泵浦功率以及進氣管線流暢度的組合下的蒸 發槽之溫度,以及蒸發槽氣壓,進而計算製冷能力。再進一步利用實驗獲得之製 冷能力以及魯式真空泵浦之出入口水蒸氣狀態模擬製熱功率。最後,根據實驗數 據,找到此系統之最佳操作點。 由本實驗得知,魯式真空泵浦功率與製冷及製熱功率雖呈現正相關,但與 COP 卻是負相關。而 90% 魯式真空泵浦之氣體控制閥開度相較於 100% 氣體控制閥開度有更好的 COP。最高的總 COP 落在 5.3 左右,最低則是落在 3.0 左右。

In the now, we are in the world with diminishing non-renewable energy. However,the population is growing exponentially as well as the need for energy. With more people, the greenhouse effect and ozone depletion are becoming more severe day by day. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning system nowadays can just make the problem worse. In this research, we use the principle that boiling point declines as the surrounding pressure declines. With that, we can make water turn into vapor in a normal room temperature and takes the heat away. That means we can use water, which is eco- friendly, as refrigerant without any risks and high compress power. This research is also trying to build a vacuum two-way heat pump system in order to increase the efficiency of energy use. The components of this system include a vacuum pump, a roots vacuum pump, an evaporation tank. We are trying to study on how the power of roots vacuum pump and the inlet valve open rate of roots vacuum pump effect the pressure and temperature of evaporation tank. Moreover, we use the consequence to evaluate the cooling power of our system and simulate the heating power. Furthermore, we try to find the best operation point of this system. According to the result, we find that the power of roots vacuum pump is in positive correlation to the cooling power and heating power, but is in negative correlation to coefficient of performance. We also find that the inlet valve of roots vacuum pump with 90% open have better performance than wide open one. The highest COP in this research is about 5.3 and the lowest one is about 3.0.
