摘要

高功率半導体雷射，在許多的應用中極為重要，而把元件拿去應用的時候，元件的光束品質及光功率為一重要因素，而不同的波導，對這些特性會產生什麼影響，是我們感興趣的，因此論文的內容主要是探討不同型式波導的半導体雷射.
