基於全管道零售的庫存控制及優化：以愛嬰室為例

廣為人知的是，現金周轉流通順暢及時是企業能夠正常進行經營的重要因素。在我國，每天都有新的企業興起，同時也有很多老企業消亡。這看起來很正常，但是這關係到企業的存亡應該予以重視，這樣也能夠給後來的企業發展提供方向。有相關資料表明，如果一個企業的現金流存在嚴重的問題，那麼就會成為壓倒企業的最後一根稻草。無需置疑，企業庫存是否管理得當對於企業的現金流有著非常重要的影響，只有優良的企業庫存管理才能使企業的現金流步入良性迴圈，而資金的成本才能維持在高層次，進而使企業的資金利用率提高，也使得企業能夠長遠持久的發展。上述環節如同多米諾骨牌，環環相扣，前者與後者息息相關，密不可分，互相依賴，如果起點存在問題，那麼後續就會有更多問題不斷出現，甚至難以保全自身，進而導致企業被收購或直接倒閉等。相比于連鎖零售企業，成本低而效率高的庫存管理模式就是能夠提升企業核心競爭力的關鍵因素。所以，完善庫存管理模式，不但有很高的學術研究價值，而且在現實的經營過程中也有非常重要的使用價值。隨著零售行業的發展和資訊技術的發展，全管道零售應運而生。全管道零售模式是以消費者為中心，打通管道之間的所有通路，從而為消費者提供最佳的消費服務體驗。而物流服務是一個最直接必不可少的服務體驗環節，基於全管道物流的運作方式，和傳統管道物流有許多不同之處，從而產生了新的物流需求。針對愛嬰室公司在全管道庫存管理的發展情況以及不足之處進行了研究分析，同時提出相關建議，對於全管道的庫存管理模式運用於公司中出現的問題進行分析，並提出相應的改進意見及方式，最後能夠為我國其他連鎖零售企業的庫存管理模式方面的未來發展提供參考意見。

It is well known that the cash flow and turnover is a key factor in the consistent operation of an enterprise. In the public view of our country, a large number of new enterprises appear on a daily basis, and at the same time, a large number of old enterprises disappear. Although this is normal phenomenon, it is still worthy of us to explore the survival and disappearance of those enterprises in order to know the core information of its reason. There is evidence that insufficient cash flow is an important problem and is the last straw for most companies to fail. There is no doubt that the quality of enterprise inventory management level plays a vital role in cash flow management. In order to achieve a higher efficiency of the use of funds, only in the cost of capital to maintain in the best level, , can enterprises ultimately achieve sustainable development. The above connections are like many Nino dominoes that are interlocking and can not be separated, the former determines the latter, the latter relies on the former. Once the problem begins at the starting point, the correspondingly follow-up problems will be difficult to change the tendency to fail, then the whole enterprise will eventually be led to destruction of catastrophic consequences such as bankruptcy. For the chain retail enterprises, the efficient and low-cost inventory management model is the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the improvement of inventory management model not only has higher academic value, but also has important application value in actual operation. With the development of retail industry and information technology, all-channel retail came into being. The all-channel retail mode is to take the consumer as the center, opening all channels between the channels, thus the consumers are provided with the best consumer service experience. Logistics service is the most direct and indispensable service experience link. Based on the operation mode of full-channel logistics, there are many differences between logistics and traditional channel logistics, thus resulting in a new logistics demand. This paper discusses the present situation and deficiency of the whole channel inventory management of baby-friendly company, and suggests that the timely inventory management mode is the depending process and the direction of development of the above mentioned company. The author analyzed the problems in the application of timely inventory management mode in baby-friendly company and put forward the improvement measures. Finally, it provides some suggestions for other retail chains in China to improve the level of inventory management model.
