隨著進、出國人數增加,關於旅客於機場間往返之交通工具選擇性也隨之增加,以往人們使用之交通工具除了自駕至機場外,客運、計程車以及於2017年通車營運的桃園機場捷運,租賃小客車是國人往返機場的選擇項目,在Uber於2013年於台北試營運起,國人對於機場接送服務也有更多的認知。 對於消費者出國或回國選擇的交通工具,是否願意選擇專車接送服務的意願為本研究主要探討的目的。相關研究結果亦可提供接送業者用於調整往後營運方向調整或者服務內容改善之參考。 本研究通過問卷的方式,對於曾有出國經驗的消費者進行調查,其項目包含服務品質、價格及接送品質各方面參考先前學者之研究設計相對應之問卷,進而了解消費者對於國際機場接送的態度,最終加以分析消費者對於機場接送服務之意願。
As the number of people traveling in and out of Taiwan increases, the options for transportation between airports have also expanded. In the past, people primarily used private cars, buses, taxis, and the Taoyuan Airport MRT, which started operation in 2017. Rental cars are another option for people traveling between the airport. Since Uber's trial operation in Taipei in 2013, there has been a greater awareness of airport shuttle services among the public.The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether consumers are willing to choose rental car services for airport transportation when traveling abroad or returning home. The results of this study can provide airport shuttle service providers with references for adjusting future operations or improving service content. This study conducted a survey among consumers with previous international travel experience. The survey items included service quality, price, and shuttle quality, based on previous academic research. The goal was to understand consumers' attitudes towards international airport shuttle services and ultimately analyze their willingness to use these services.
