探討家用照護機器人接受意願之研究

摘要


全球面臨老年人口持續在遞增,不論是已開發國家或是開發中國家皆開始或是已經步入高齡化社會,另一方面也由於出生率減少的問題,導致青壯年勞動人口減少造成人力資源短缺的狀況,在家庭方面則是面臨老人與小孩的照護問題,導致各國對於家用照護機器人的重視與發展。藉此研究了解潛在消費者在選擇家用照護機器人時,哪些因素會影響接受意願。本研究目的為探討消費者創新特質、創新產品屬性、價格及環境因素對於家用照護機器人接受意願之影響,進行研究調查並期望能給服務型機器人產業在行銷推廣上有所助益。 本研究透過問卷調查,根據問卷內容以多元迴歸分析為主,研究結果發現創新產品的屬性的相對優勢與可試驗性對家用照護機器人接受意願具有正向影響,所以證明了消費者對於產品的相對優勢與產品的試用是極重視;而環境因素的同儕關係對家用照護機器人接受意願具有正向影響,可以得知在現今的社會網絡中,朋友與社群媒體是一個非常具影響力。

The global population is facing an increasing number of elderly people. Whether it is in developed or developing countries, it has begun or has entered an aging society. On the other hand, due to the problem of reduced birth rate, the shortage of young people has caused a shortage of human resources. In the family situation, it is facing the care of the elderly and children, which has led to the attention and development of home care robots. This study will look at what factors affecting the willingness of potential consumers when choosing a home care robot. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of consumer’s innovative traits, innovative product attributes, price and environmental factors on the willingness of accepted the home care robots and hope my research can help the service robot industry in marketing. This study was through questionnaire survey. It’s according the content of the questionnaires to run multiple regression analysis. The study found that the relative advantages and testability of the innovative products attributes have a positive impact on the willingness of accepted the home care robots. It proved the relatives of consumers that the advantages and application of products were highly valued; and the peer relationship of environmental factors had a positive impact on the willingness of accepted the home care robots. It could be known that in today's social networks, friends and social media were very influential.
