With the rise of technological innovation and internet finance, a new online lending platform financing model was born. Personal lending is done through an online third-party platform. The P2P lending platform plays a financial intermediary role. The essence of P2P lending is that it does not participate in any transactions between borrowers and lenders. It only provides the platform to help fund demanders find someone willing to lend. At present, different countries have seen different P2P operating models, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and China, which are all new trends in the popularity of loans. Through the development of the overseas P2P Internet lending platform market, this paper further explores the issue of student borrowing platform derivatives to address the current financial situation of student lending platforms in Taiwan and to understand the current status and existing problems of student lending platforms.
