In Taiwan, the large number of co-owners and divergent opinions often lead to the inability to effectively utilize or dispose of common land, thereby affecting land value and urban development. This study aims to identify the key factors for quickly resolving the dilemma of common land disposal through case analysis, and to provide effective integration models and reference directions for landholders and integrators to promote land activation and urban economic development. This research focuses on the integration and disposal issues of common land, exploring how to achieve the integrity and effective use of land while protecting the rights and interests of all owners. The study uses qualitative analysis methods, based on two actual cases, ‘Case V’ and ‘Case S’, to deeply analyze the key factors for the integration of common land and the methods for successful disposal.
