摘要
自2014年6月開始，在YouTobe上開始流傳砍下人頭的影片讓全球各大媒體爭相報導，透過網路、大眾媒體散布，造成西方社會的震驚與威脅，同一時間，敘利亞內部的矛盾也升至最高點，「伊斯蘭國」也就因此出現在世人的眼前。「伊斯蘭國」以近百日的時間，使中東的政局改頭換面，一群擁有宗教狂熱的聖戰士，戰勝了伊拉克、敘利亞政府軍與庫德族人，並迅速的擴張其勢力及領土，「伊斯蘭國」所到之處，所向披靡。 全球反恐的形勢正面臨著恐怖份子回流、孤狼式恐攻增多以及社交平台成招募工具等新挑戰，透過這些新變化可以清楚的明瞭，發動恐怖襲擊正變得越來越容易，恐怖主義擴散，成為全球安全威脅，恐怖攻擊行動隨時都可能發動攻擊，只要恐怖組織存在一天，沒有任何一個國家能夠完全倖免於恐怖活動的威脅，儘管「伊斯蘭國」失去了最後一塊實體根據地，但是支持其發展的基本因素仍然存在，只是被迫轉移方向、調整策略。 本文以伊斯蘭國為核心，藉由文獻與新聞分析、各國制裁手段與反恐作為，探討全球面臨後伊斯蘭國時代的來臨，極端主義滲透多個國家和地區，未來將催生新的恐怖主義形態，跨國性也更趨明顯。伊斯蘭國的戰役將是一場持久戰，即使消滅了伊斯蘭國，或許隨之而來的又是另一個恐怖組織，該如何防範恐怖攻擊主義的蔓延與阻止伊斯蘭國仇恨的意識，提出個人研究看法，作為以後研究相關議題的研究者參考。

Through the Internet and mass media, they have caused shock and threats to Western society. At the same time, there are conflicts within Syria. It also rose to the highest point, and the "Islamic State" appeared in front of the world. The "Islamic State" took nearly a hundred days to change the political situation in the Middle East. A group of jihadists with religious fanaticism defeated the Iraqi, Syrian government forces and Kurds, and quickly expanded their power and territory. Wherever you go, invincible. The global counter-terrorism situation is facing new challenges such as the return of terrorists, the increase of lone wolf attacks, and the use of social platforms as recruitment tools. Through these new changes, it is clear that it is becoming easier to launch terrorist attacks and the spread of terrorism. , Has become a global security threat. Terrorist attacks may launch attacks at any time. As long as terrorist organizations exist for one day, no country can be completely immune to the threat of terrorist activities. Although the "Islamic State" has lost its last physical base, it supports its development. The basic factors still exist, but are forced to change directions and adjust strategies. This article takes the Islamic State as the core and uses literature and news analysis, national sanctions and counter-terrorism actions to explore the world facing the coming of the post-Islamic State era. Extremism penetrates many countries and regions, and in the future, new forms of terrorism will emerge. Sex is also becoming more obvious. The battle of the Islamic State will be a protracted battle. Even if the Islamic State is eliminated, perhaps another terrorist organization will follow. How to prevent the spread of terrorist attacks and stop the consciousness of hatred by the Islamic State, and put forward my personal research opinions, As a reference for researchers who will study related topics in the future.
