本研究旨在探討璽悅產後護理之家顧客入住後品質滿意度,並分析影響滿意度的相關因素。研究採用問卷調查法,以璽悅產後護理之家的顧客為研究對象,回收問卷共1092份。結果顯示,璽悅產後護理之家的顧客對入住後的品質滿意度整體表現良好。在影響滿意度的相關因素中,服務品質、設施環境、專業能力和安全衛生等因素,均對顧客滿意度產生顯著影響,其中服務品質對滿意度的影響最為重要,研究結果可為璽悅產後護理之家提供提升顧客滿意度的參考。 本論文為個案分析,未來研究可以涵蓋更多產後護理之家,以更全面地瞭解產後護理之家顧客滿意度的影響因素。除此之外,可以從顧客的角度出發,對產後護理之家提供的不同類型服務進行分析,以深入瞭解顧客的需求和期望。
The aim of this study is to explore the customer satisfaction with the quality of postpartum care at Ma-Cherie Postpartum Care Center and analyze the factors that influence satisfaction. The research employed a questionnaire survey method, with the customers of a-Cherie Postpartum Care Center as the research subjects, and a total of 1092 questionnaires were collected. The results indicate that the customers of a-Cherie Postpartum Care Center generally exhibit high satisfaction with the quality of their stay. Among the factors influencing satisfaction, service quality, facility environment, professional competence, and safety and hygiene all have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with service quality being the most important factor. The findings of this study can provide reference for a-Cherie Postpartum Care Center to enhance customer satisfaction.
