摘要

一、自從2011年中共證實研製東風-21D反艦彈道飛彈以來，它的反艦能力一直令人存疑，也因這個原因，它對美國海軍產生威嚇效果，因此，未來西太平洋的軍力競合，就成區域衝突的引信。
二、我國位於第一島鏈重要戰略位置，對於未來西太平洋區域勢力均衡，有著關鍵性影響，因此，我國應善用地緣政治優勢，謀取最佳國家利益。
