應用數位製造於電子電路教學之教具設計

摘要


本論文旨在藉由數位製造製程將電子零件適度放大以協助中學教師進行電子零件與電路教學,內容包含教具製作、組裝、維修,配合基本電路教案,目標使學生更認識電子零件並藉由不同任務情境模擬,在解任務的過程認識電子零件的功能與應用。電子教具為具有功能之放大模型,包含:電池、電阻、發光二極體(LED)、可變電阻、指撥開關。除電子零件教具以外,為使教師於教學場域中得以更輕易舉例與演示,此論文亦包含教案之設計:教案內容除基本電子零件介紹與判別,在了解電路邏輯後,更進深亦包含簡易電路製作如光感應燈、音頻放大器等。本論文期許能協助中學教師以更簡單快速的方式製作出電子零件教具,並使教師具備組裝與故障排除的能力,藉此激發學生對學習電路的熱情與努力。亦希望藉由操作教具使學生更加了解電路邏輯,並得以實際運用內容於日常生活中。

In this Thesis, we develop a series kit of teaching module that can let student play and learn the knowledge of circuit. The teaching aid include two parts: “Circuit Part Module” and “Lesson Plan”. The circuit part can be manufact by 3D printer so teachers can easily print their own module. We also teach them how to assemble and fix, teachers can shoot the trouble in short time. The teaching plan not only teach student recognize the part but trying to let them learn hoe technology affect our lives and history. We expect students can learn the knowledge of circuit easily and can create a complete circuit by their own. We hope through these plans, students can find a better method and motivate to learn circuit. And after these plans, they can know well and trying to use the knowledge they learned in their daily life.
