使用人工智慧輔助投籃訓練對大專一般組籃球員投籃訓練成效影響之個案研究

A Case Study on the Impact of Using Artificial Intelligence to Assist Shooting Training on the Effectiveness for College General Basketball Players

摘要


在人工智慧技術廣泛應用於各個領域的同時,當然體育運動領域也不例外,因此本研究目的是希望可以藉由探討大專一般組籃球員使用人工智慧輔助投籃訓練對投籃訓練成效之影響,以提供一般組教練與選手們在做投籃訓練時之參考依據。本研究受試者以大專一般組籃球校隊之球員為研究對象,分別為三名高球齡球員以及三名低球齡球員,合計六名。使用個案研究的方式分別紀錄不同球齡之球員的命中率差異、使用人工智慧輔助訓練之情境興趣,以及歷程之分析。資料分析方式透過質性分析為主。研究工具透過六次測試中所蒐集到的命中率數據並加上測試後請測試人員填寫情境興趣量表,並於受試前與後分別進行訪談,以及在測試過程中研究者同時進行填寫觀察紀錄表格。最後再透過上述資料進行質性分析。 研究結果發現:高球齡組的平均命中率確實高於低球齡組,透過長時間訓練確實可以提升命中率,而在投籃項目,肌耐力、體力、專注力、投籃方式都有可能會影響到命中率,透過數據了解到球員的命中率並非穩定成長,不過整體的命中率後測優於前測。另外球員們在使用人工智慧輔助投籃訓練皆給予正面評價,不過在高球齡與低球齡之比較差異為,低球齡組認為透過高球齡組的指導訓練相較於人工智慧輔助訓練更為重要,因此在使用人工智慧輔助投籃訓練在整體興趣方面,高球齡組更是優於低球齡組球員。最後也發現,透過人工智慧輔助能讓球員在訓練時交流互動的能力更為提升。 研究者於最後亦分別提供給大專一般組籃球隊教練未來訓練球隊之建議與大專一般組籃球員之投籃訓練建議,以及未來研究者之研究建議。

While artificial intelligence technology is widely used in various fields, the field of sports is no exception. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of artificial intelligence-assisted shooting training on the effectiveness of shooting training for college general basketball players to provide a reference for general basketball team coaches and players when doing shooting training. The subjects of this study were players from the general basketball team of a college. They were three players of high age and three players of low age, a total of six players. Case studies were used to record the differences in hitting rates of players of different ages, the situational interest in using artificial intelligence to assist training, and the analysis of the process. The data analysis method is mainly through qualitative analysis. The research tool uses the hit rate data collected during the six tests and adds that the testers are asked to fill in the situational interest scale after the test, and interviews are conducted before and after the test, and the researcher fills it out at the same time during the test. Observation record form. Finally, qualitative analysis was conducted through the above data. The research found that: The average shooting rate of the senior golfing age group is indeed higher than that of the younger golfing age group. Long-term training can indeed improve the shooting rate. In shooting events, muscle endurance, physical strength, concentration, and shooting methods may all affect the shooting rate. The study found that players' shooting percentages did not grow steadily, but the overall shooting percentages improved post-test. In addition, players have given positive comments on the use of artificial intelligence to assist shooting training. However, the younger golfers believe that the guidance and training through the older golfers is more important than artificial intelligence-assisted training. Therefore, when using artificial intelligence to assist shooting training, In terms of overall interest, the senior players are better than the players in the lower players. Finally, it was also discovered that artificial intelligence assistance can further improve players' ability to communicate and interact during training. At the end, the researcher provided shooting tips for college general basketball team coaches, college general basketball players, and suggestions for future researchers.
