在當今生活步調快速、資訊發達且爆炸的21世紀社會,無論企業公司、公家部門單位如何改變,都脫離不了「領導」,且只要有人的地方亦脫離不了「管理」,但不同的公司、企業、公部門、部隊,會因為不同文化、不同地點、不同工作性質、不同屬性,而有不同的領導方式及風格。 本次研究係針對不同的領導風格下工作能力對工作績效的影響方面來探討,且本次研究鎖定某公家單位,其組織成員及單位特性較為特殊。研究結果發現工作能力與工作績效呈現顯著正相關,但高階自願役軍、士官及警職人員均會自行判斷工作之重要性,上級長官的領導風格,不影響完成任務的決心,因此領導風格對於工作能力與工作績效不具有干擾作用,期望本研究未來可以對同性質工作者或意圖進一步針對領導風格相關議題研究者有幫助。
In today's 21st century society with fast pace of life, advanced and explosive information, no matter how companies and public sector units change, they cannot escape from "leadership", and wherever there are people, they cannot escape from "management". However, different companies and enterprises , public departments, and the military will have different leadership methods and styles due to different cultures, different locations, different nature of work, and different attributes. This research aims to explore the impact of work ability on work performance under different leadership styles, and this research focuses on a public unit, whose organizational members and unit characteristics are relatively special. The research results found that work ability is significantly positively correlated with work performance. However, high-level volunteers, non-commissioned officers and police officers all judge the importance of their work on their own. The leadership style of superiors does not affect the determination to complete tasks. Therefore, leadership style It has no interfering effect on work ability and work performance. It is expected that this study can be helpful to workers of the same type or those who intend to further conduct research on issues related to leadership style in the future.
