電信門市發展與未來之趨勢

The Development and Future Trends of Telecom Retail Stores

摘要


本研究透過過往所發生的時事回顧2000年到2024年台灣電信門市、3C通路和超商門市的發展歷程,為電信門市轉型和未來發展方向提供建議。 電信門市雖然在客製化服務、智慧化應用等方面進行了許多嘗試,但欠缺長遠規劃。相較之下,3C通路展現出較強的應變能力和創新動力,發展全通路模式,打造智慧化的消費體驗;超商門市則以提供便民服務為核心,不斷開拓新業務,成為民生服務、社會公益和公共事務的全方位平台。 電信門市未來可考慮深耕社區經濟,成為社區數位化的主導者;培養服務型人才,提供有溫度的服務;積極拓展新業務,甚至搶攻超商的部分業務。電信門市需要以更周延的思考、更開放的心態,以及更主動的方式延攬新業務,以維持門市存在的價值。

This study reviews the development process of Taiwan's telecom stores, 3C channels, and convenience stores from 2000 to 2024 using a news database, aiming to provide recommendations for the transformation and future development of telecom retail stores. Although telecom retail stores have attempted various initiatives in customized services and intelligent applications, they lack long-term planning. In contrast, 3C channels have demonstrated stronger adaptability and innovation, developing an omnichannel model and creating intelligent consumption experiences. Convenience stores, on the other hand, focus on providing convenient services and continuously expand new businesses, becoming a comprehensive platform connecting livelihood services, social welfare, and public affairs. In the future, telecom retail stores may consider deepening their presence in the community economy, becoming the leader in community digitalization; cultivating service-oriented talents to provide warm and personal services; and actively expanding innovative businesses, even competing for some of the convenience stores' businesses. Telecom retail stores need to adopt more thorough thinking, a more open mindset, and a more proactive approach to attract new businesses and maintain the value of their existence.
