本論文之研究方向為設計與實作一套,結合「熱轉印」產業及「物聯網」技術的MRP系統。「熱轉印」源自於1960年代所發展的熱熔離型轉印技術,轉印的材質除紙張外,已廣泛用於塑膠、紡織及金屬。 本論文主要與依田股份有限公司合作,該公司目前主要的營業內容是國內外知名的熱轉印研發及製造企業,為了能有效整合研發與生產的資訊流程並提昇生產與管理的效率,本論文採用物聯網(IOT)及系統整合發展技術為核心,開發一套具高效率整合型熱轉印MRP (Material Requirement Planning)系統。 本論文採用行動裝置、無線射頻辨識(RFID)及條碼等物聯網相關之智慧裝置,應用在熱轉印標之生產與倉儲管理等。本論文透過系統整合發展技術,將客戶需求、製程管理、訂單管理、生產管理、品保(QA)與品控(QC)、倉儲管理及異常管理等作業,進行完整的資訊分析、設計與實作,並研究拋轉及資料庫同步異動機制,進而跨系統整合現有客服系統(CRM)及達成跨廠區的系統協同運作目標。
Transfer Printing is the technology based on the thermography which has been developed since 1960. The materials for printing extensively comprise not only paper but also plastics, textile and metals. This thesis cooperates with a well-known company, called E. Textint, which is currently developing and producing the marks by applying the technologies of transfer printing. This thesis aims to design a high efficient and integrated MRP System based on IOT technology and system integration mechanism. The smart devices such as smart phone, bar-code, QR-code as well as RFID, are used in the MRP system. A number of processes, including custom requirement, manufacture process, quality assurance and control, the management of order, production, warehouse and exception, have been systematically analyzed, designed and implemented, aiming to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness for transfer printing. In addition, the data transfer and synchronization mechanisms have been designed for the developed MRP system to exchange information with the existing CRM and guarantee that the databases are synchronized between factories.
