每天,中國兩大電子商務平台阿里巴巴、京東的商品成交額為18.5億美元(約新台幣569.5億元),騰訊地圖被造訪500億次,透過行動支付完成小額交易達2.66億筆........。 隨著互聯網信息技術的發展、成熟和完善,傳統商業銀行的服務理念以及日常運營模式受到了深入的影響。怎麼切實增強傳統商業銀行的競爭力、轉變服務理念,是推進我國互聯網金融市場化改革的目的所在。在這強大的背景下,勢必會促使傳統商業銀行盡快完成觀念轉變,並以此為基礎,增強自身的創新能力以及服務能力 ,從而實現核心競爭力的提升,以便在激烈的市場競爭中獲得生存和發展的機遇。 本文首先介紹互聯網金融的特徵,然後透過互聯網金融最主要的三種模徑:第三方支付、P2P小額信用貸款及投資理財,與阿里巴巴的支付寶、餘額寶、阿里小貸進行比較,互聯網這種新型的金融模式對金融機構銀行產生了一定程度的沖擊,互聯網融的迅速發展,未來對商業銀行的影響只會產生更加激烈的競爭。因此互聯網金融的發展已經成為當前重點研究內容,對銀行業中存在的問題具有重大的現實意義。本研究主要貢獻除了討中國大陸互聯網金融發展的簡單概述外,並針對互聯網金融發展對中國商業銀行的影響提出相關解決策略,在銀行各項產品設計上及人員的教育訓練上能更有針對性,能大幅減少銀行各項產品費用支出上。
