本研究旨在了解澎湖縣國小導師對於使用LINE進行親師溝通之現況、接受度與使用意願,以科技接受模式為理論依據,探討影響導師對於使用LINE進行親師溝通的使用意願之因素,以及其對認知有用性、認知易用性與使用意願之情形。採用問卷調查方式,並編製研究工具「澎湖縣國小導師使用LINE進行親師溝通意願與現況調查問卷」進行普查,共發出問卷276份,回收有效問卷267份,有效回收率為96.7%。調查所得資料分別以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行量化分析。綜合研究發現,歸納結論如下: 一、澎湖縣國小導師使用LINE進行親師溝通之現況:目前澎湖縣有75.3%國小導師會透過LINE進行親師溝通互動;有24.7%國小導師未使用LINE進行親師溝通,而不願使用的原因有公私難分、已讀不回的困擾和語意不清等。 二、澎湖縣國小導師對使用LINE進行親師溝通的「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」與「使用意願」認同態度屬於中上程度。 三、不同背景的澎湖縣國小導師對於使用LINE進行親師溝通的「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」與「使用意願」情形,以男性、望安鄉與七美鄉、任教三年級的導師平均數較高。以碩(博)士學歷、班級人數25-28人的導師平均數最低。 四、澎湖縣國小導師使用LINE進行親師溝通的「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」以及「使用意願」三者間呈現高度正相關。 根據上述結論,提出具體建議,供教育實務與未來研究參考。
The purposes of this study were to apply the technology acceptance model to exploring the current situation and intentions of Using LINE for Parent-Teacher Communication in elementary school teachers of Penghu County, and investigating the factors that affect the teachers’ intention and the differences among their perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention. In this research, questionnaire survey method was conducted, and the research tool was the questionnaire of “A Survey of the intention and Current Situation of Elementary School Homeroom Teachers Using LINE for Parent-Teacher Communication in Penghu County” designed by the researcher. The subjects were the teachers teaching on Penghu County elementary schools. 276 copies were distributed, and 267 valid responses were collected, resulting in a valid response rate of 96.7%. The collected data were analyzed using methods including descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The main findings were as follows: 1. The current situations of the Penghu County’s elementary school homeroom teachers’ using LINE for Parent-Teacher Communication were: there were 75.3% elementary school homeroom teachers using LINE for parent-teacher communication in Penghu County. There were 35.6% elementary school homeroom teachers who didn’t use LINE for parent-teacher communication because of “difficult to separate business and personal life”, “seen but no reply”, “the unclear meaning in the communications”. 2. Penghu County’s elementary school homeroom teachers’ perceived usefulness, perceived ease of using and intention towards using LINE for Parent-Teacher Communication was ranked “mid-high”. 3. In the variable of different personal background, the average number of Penghu County’s elementary school homeroom teachers in men, Wangan Township and Chimi Township, and the third year of teaching was higher. The average number of homeroom teachers with a master's degree and number of students per teacher at 25-28 was the lowest. 4. The relationship among the investigated Penghu County’s elementary school homeroom teachers’ perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention on using LINE for Parent-Teacher Communication was significant and positive. Based on the results, suggestions were put forward for educators and future researchers.
