個人桌上型電腦電源供應器產業之競爭策略以G公司為例

The Competitive Strategy of Personal Computer Power Supply Business: A Case Study of G Company

摘要


個人桌上型電腦電源供應器由於個人桌上型電腦逐漸在改變型式以及筆記型電腦和平板電腦需求上升的情形下需求逐漸成衰退,為了讓企業永續經營許多廠商及品牌紛紛轉型淡出市場。 本文藉由五力分析及SWOT分析來看個案公司的優劣勢和機會,藉由專家訪談來探討仍在這產業中努力求生存的個案公司,是否能在產業中以不同的策略繼續待在此產業中來搶攻市佔率。 由於2008年以來金融風暴及歐美市場在主權債務問題與全球經濟疲弱的表現,僅有少數廠商有逆勢成長的表現;對於未來個人桌上型電腦電源供應器產業的景氣看法,專家認為趨勢最好的狀況是持穩定表現,但持續衰退是一定會發生的。 因此對個案公司這樣的中小型企業提出的建議,由較為保守的利基策略與收割策略為主。如台達電、光寶、全漢…等擁有足夠的資金運用的大型企業,則會建議以領先策略為主。

Based on personal computer is changing the form factor, the requirement for laptop and tablet is rasing, causing the requirement for ATX power supply is dropping down. To let company can keep the business continuity; many companies change business type or slowly quit this market. In this study, use Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis to study the case study company’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Discuss the company work hard in this business can use different kinds of strategy to survive in this business and win the market sharing by Expert Interview. Since 2008, Europe financial crisis and the weak of global financial, there is only few suppliers had increase in the market. Experts present the best trend is only keep it steady; however, ATX power supply in PC market will keep dropping down in the future. The suggestion for small and medium sized enterprises is Niche strategy or Harvest strategy. For big sized enterprises is Leader strategy.
