摘要

本文主要是探討自二戰以來至今的北方四島歸屬，二戰之後，日本作為戰敗國被迫接受國際上的勢力劃分，過程中，存在著許多模糊地帶，也因此時至今日，許多地方的領土主權仍存在著許多爭議，
本文透過介紹北方四島的主權爭議，點出二戰以來日本與俄羅斯百年以來的日俄關係，並通過地緣政治和國際法的視角解析北方四島的主權歸屬，提供一個從最根本的起因、現狀、到未來發展相對完整的概念。

This article introduces the sovereignty disputes of the northern islands, points out the obscurities in the Japanese-Russian relations since World War II, and analyzes the sovereignty of northern islands through geopolitics and international law, so that offers a relatively clear portrait of the fundamental causes, current situation, and future development of the northen islands.
