台灣自動輔助駕駛汽車之未來意象研究 以特斯拉Model 3為例

摘要


自動駕駛汽車(self-driving car)在這幾年是一個很熱門的話題。目前的研究對自駕車的接受度及對工作的影響缺乏體系性的探討。本研究目的在於探討自駕車的重要性、接受度、對工作的影響,以及自駕車的未來圖像。 本研究透過半結構式訪談法,對專家及車主進行深入訪談蒐集資料。經由分析後本文主要發現如下。 一、人們對於汽車的安全意識提升,因此自駕車也開始受到社會大眾的重視,自駕車的重要性也逐漸提高。 二、個人對自駕車的接受度與社會對自駕車的接受度是有區別的,社會對自駕車的接受度關鍵在於政府是否重視自駕車的推廣,並且制定相關完整規範與制度。 三、自駕車在短期內仍然需要人類駕駛來監督駕駛,但在長遠的未來,自駕車很可能取代掉大部分的貨車駕駛。 四、經由自駕車的接受程度,及對科技的樂觀悲觀區分四種自駕車的未來圖像1)勇於接受的先行者2)被動接受的使用者3)享受駕駛的跟隨者4) 專注傳統的務實者。完全的自駕車並非最好的未來,本研究發現融合了自動駕駛與傳統駕駛的智慧駕駛的車輛可能是一個更渴望的未來。

Self-driving car is a famous issue these years, however currently thesis of self-driving car do not have too much systematical discussion for the acceptance and the influence of self-driving car. The target of this thesis is trying to find out the importance, acceptance, influence of occupation and the images of future. This research went through semi-structured interview method to collect information, I got information from the professional people of traffic and the car owners, according to the analysis, the following are the research find out. 1. The sense of safety of vehicle is increasing, therefore the self-driving car is more important than before, more people pay high attention to self-driving car. 2. The acceptance of self-driving car of individual and public is different, the key point of acceptance of public base on the broadcast level of government, and whether if the government can make a clear rule of self-driving car. 3. In the nearly future, self-driving car is still need a human driver to control, but in the further future, self-driving car is possible to replace lots of truck drivers. 4. According to the level of acceptance of self-driving car and the attitude of technology(opticmistic or pessimistic), this research make a classification for four kind of future images. 1)the people those who try first. 2)the passive users. 3)the followers those who enjoy driving. 4)the traditional drivers. The future of full of self-driving car could not be a best future, this research has found that the intelligence driver mode of mixing traditional car and self-driving car could be a more desirable future.
