最近幾年來隨著金融業的鬆綁,政府對於金融業的開放愈來愈寬鬆。因此,有愈來愈多的銀行針對個人信用貸款的部分業務開展。而在資本主義的影響下,有愈來愈多的人會針對資金周轉和生涯規劃展開個人信用貸款。而申請個人信用貸款亦儼然成為生活的一部分。但是隨著網際網路的的發展,促使許多銀行在推廣業務的過程中,也嘗試以線上申辦的環境為前提,確保消費者能夠申請到個人信用貸款。 有鑑於此,在本論文中,研究者嘗試從金融行業從業人員的角度來出發,比較個人信用貸款傳統式的申請和新的網路申辦方式對消費者的申辦意願。本研究論文採用實證的方式具體進行調研,同時,本研究採用質性研究法來驗證。本論文採用個案訪談來進行研究,並將研究發現寫在研究結論中。
With the Liberalization of Finance Industry in the last few decades, the Government has started to open its regulations towards a more liberal and international policy. Thus, based on this reasoning, more and more banks are starting to do the business to loan to individuals. Under the influence of Capitalism, more and more individuals are starting to make loan from the banks in order to better plan their career, or investment choice. It is becoming a part life of individuals and people are get used to it. However, with the advancement of internet and e-commerce, more and more banks are promoting their business online, including bank loans. This new practice makes sure that individual can get the money from the bank just with a few clicks. Therefore, in this thesis, the researcher aims to investigate this topic from the perspective of bankers. In this thesis, the researcher compares the applicants’ intention to make loans from the bank online or in counter. Empirically, this research adapts a qualitative research method to verify the research objectives. The researcher adopts case study and in-depth interview to investigate and the research summary in written in the conclusion section.
