在資訊化大數據時代,企業面臨海量的資料,而如何從這些資料中獲取有效資訊已成為企業競爭的重要議題。本研究以淡江大學總務處的各組資料為例,透過雛型法快速迭代和開發系統原型,在過程中引導用戶提出需求,並根據用戶需求進行調整和優化,進而提供總務處管理者在決策制定與營運管理上更有價值的資訊支援。 此外,本研究更為淡江大學總務處彙整萃取出企業營運數據分析與加值系統建置之各步驟流程,以雛型法開發為總務處的數據進行分析,採用深度訪談方式探究出初期數據分析建置與後期導入模型之成效,並彙總獲得了系統建置與導入之十個執行階段。 研究採用雛型模式可以有效協助企業進行大數據分析,並且快速地反應用戶需求,增加資料分析的效率與準確性。本研究的成果有助於提升淡江大學總務處的業務流程效率和品質,本成果也可為其他組織與機構,提供了運用雛型開發方法論進行大數據分析之建置流程與參考準則。
In the era of information and big data, enterprises are faced with massive amounts of data, and how to extract valuable information from this data has become an important issue in business competition. This study uses the data of various departments in the General Affairs Office of Tamkang University as an example, and through the rapid iteration and development of system prototypes using the prototyping method, guides users to propose requirements, adjusts and optimizes the system prototype based on user needs, and provides valuable information support for decision-making and operation management of the General Affairs Office. Furthermore, this study also summarizes the steps and processes of enterprise operations data analysis and value-added system development by extracting data from the General Affairs Office of Tamkang University and using the prototyping method for data analysis. Deep interviews were conducted to explore the effectiveness of the initial data analysis and later implementation models, and ten implementation stages were summarized for system development and implementation. The use of the prototyping model in this study can effectively assist enterprises in big data analysis and quickly respond to user needs, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis. The results of this study contribute to improving the business process efficiency and quality of the General Affairs Office of Tamkang University. The results can also provide reference guidelines for other organizations and institutions to use the prototyping development method for the establishment process of big data analysis.
