近年來,有許多關於科技壓力的現象,這歸因於科技技術不斷發展、變化且爆發性的成長,導致使用資訊通信技術而承受壓力。在科技日新月異下,許多工作環境特點是要求員工不斷增加與資訊通信技術的日常互動,加劇了員工潛在的負面影響。科技壓力會導致感知上 工作負荷, 士氣低落和沮喪,資訊疲勞,缺乏動機,進而造成工作倦怠。因此,此研究的前提,發現科技壓力是一種新興現象,需要經過學術調查,讓我們了解到現今科技技術的影響會造成壓力,而目前普遍存在的各種壓力中,僅有顯少資訊和經驗讓大眾理解這一概念。在缺乏理解的情况下, 希望藉由分析資訊通信技術對員工會造成的影響,並建立改善方法。本研究主要探討科技壓力、工作倦怠及其對個人幸福感之間的關係。並以受到資訊通信技術導致下班後還需處理公務之員工亦或是在工作中必須使用資訊通信技術的員工為對象,共回收有效問卷 474 份。最後討論研究結果,強調了局限性,並確定了該領域的未來研究方向。
In recent years, there have been many phenomena about technostress , which are attributed to the continuous development, change and explosive growth of technological technology, which has led to the use of information and communication technology to be under pressure. With the rapid development of technology, many work environments are characterized by the requirement that employees continue to increase their daily interaction with information and communication technology, which exacerbates the potential negative effects of employees. Technostress can lead to perceived workload, low morale and frustration, information fatigue, lack of motivation, and then job burnout. Therefore, the premise of this study, found that scientific and technological pressure is a new phenomenon, need to go through academic investigation, let us understand that the impact of today's technology will cause pressure, and the current prevalence of all kinds of pressure, only a small number of information and experience to let the public understand this concept. In the absence of understanding, I hope to analyze the impact of information and communication technology on employees and establish methods for improvement. This research mainly explores the relationship between technostress , job burnout and their subjective well-being . A total of 474 valid questionnaires were collected for employees who had to deal with official duties after get off work due to information and communication technology or those who had to use information and communication technology at work. Finally, the research results are discussed, limitations are emphasized, and future research directions in this field are determined.
