陶瓷基複合材料應用

摘要


隨著陶瓷基複合材料的發展,無論是使用在飛機、車輛、日常生活上,陶瓷基複合材料已充分使用,對人類密不可分,從最早的傳統陶瓷到現在的先進陶瓷,科技發展迅速,生產技術不斷突破,人們要如何加以應用是值得我們深思的一大課題。 本論文介紹陶瓷基複合材料的各種材料與製造技術,透過不同增韌方式來達到所需的材料強度,使用所需材料強度來選擇的最佳製造技術,透過不斷研發新的製造技術,達到更高強度與降低生產成本。 陶瓷基複合材料所應用在各領域上的產品,與先前材料所比較,了解陶瓷基複合材料對人類帶來的利與弊,探討該產品的效能,良好的產品能提高效益,進而達到節能環保等需求,應用在飛機、車輛的碳陶瓷煞車系統,大幅提升安全性、耐用性、還能減少燃油排放,但使用後的產品該如何回收再利用,就值得我們加以探討。

Following the development of ceramic matrix composite materials, regardless of aircraft or vehicles, the application of ceramic matrix composite materials has been closely connected and inseparable in our daily life, from the earliest traditional pottery to advanced ceramics. Now with rapid development and continuous breakthrough in production technology, how to make good use of this technology is a major issue worth pondering. This thesis introduces various materials and manufacturing technologies of ceramic matrix composites, through different toughening methods to achieve the requirement of strength materials, using the required material strength to select the optimum manufacturing technology, through continuous research and development of new manufacturing technology, we can achieve higher strength and lower production cost. The application of ceramic matrix composite in various fields. To compare with previous materials. To understand the pros and cons of ceramic matrix composite to humanity. To discuss the effectiveness of the product. A good product can promote higher effectiveness, to achieve the needs of energy saving and environmental protection. Carbon ceramic brake system used in aircraft and vehicles greatly improves safety, durability, and reduces fuel emissions. However, the way to recycle the used product is a topic that worth discussion.
