隨著中國經濟和互聯網技術的發展,中國電子商務市場也得到了迅猛的擴張。作為電子商務主要支撐平台的第三方線上支付的市場規模也隨之不斷的放大。第三方支付平台作為安全、迅速、方便的線上支付平台,為銀行和買賣雙方之間建立起信用擔保和技術保障作用。其不僅滿足了用戶對網路交易信用需求,同時消除了用戶在交易過程中對資金安全的擔心。第三方支付彌補了銀行服務在該方面的空白,給中國線上支付帶來了全新的生機和活力。 本文通過文獻探討、個案分析等方法對中國第三方支付進行了研究。首先,對第三方支付的概念進行了界定,並對其起源、發展、市場環境和監管模式等方面進行闡述。其次,以中國第三方支付市場份額佔有率最高的支付寶公司作為重點案例,對其支付流程、盈利模式、市場份額、安全體系等現狀進行了闡述。最後,運用SWOT分析對中國第三方支付宏觀環境進行系統分析,對支付寶自身的優、劣勢進行總結,並對支付寶所面臨的機遇與挑戰加以研究。

This paper studies Chinese third-party payment through literature discussion and case analysis. First, the concept of third-party payment is defined, and its origin, development, market environment and supervision mode are elaborated. Secondly, Alipay, which has the highest market share in China's third-party payment market, is a key case, and its payment process, profit model, market share, and security system are described. Finally, SWOT analysis is used to systematically analyze the macro environment of China's third-party payment, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Alipay itself, and study the opportunities and challenges faced by Alipay.
