大台北地區家庭主婦的困境與壓力排解
－焦點團體訪談之應用

本論文以質性研究的敘事分析方式，來論述說明關於大台北地區家庭主婦的困境與壓力排解，並採用焦點團體來蒐集研究的相關資料，此外，因為所在的地域性方便之緣故，所以本研究以居住在大台北地區的焦點團體參與者作為研究的對象。研究者本身便是一名婚姻經驗超過十年的家庭主婦，同時育有兩名子女，深感婚姻家庭經營不易之餘，加以身為家庭主婦的角色，時不時會感到一種尷尬、曖昧不清的社會評價，也就是似乎社會大眾存在著一種刻板印象，便是「家庭主婦是一群不需要出門工作賺錢，只需要把家內事務做好的輕鬆閒人」，但實際臨床上家庭主婦患有憂鬱症卻是文獻上有的事實，此外，研究者在社區諮商中心兼職和全職共兩年的諮商實習經驗裡，也確實碰到許多悲傷、焦慮，甚至診斷患有憂鬱症的家庭主婦前來諮商，研究者個人對於這些切身經驗感觸甚深，因而引發想研究關於「大台北地區家庭主婦的困境與壓力排解」之興趣。本論文針對研究的兩個問題：「大台北地區的家庭主婦在家庭經營上所面臨的壓力及困境有哪些？」，以及「大台北地區的家庭主婦如何自處和排解壓力？」，本論文第四章以敘說故事之方法呈現兩次焦點團體中所獲得的資訊，並在文末的第五章以詮釋循環的方式，依循通篇論文的整體脈絡，與論文的每個環節進行對話並找到更多的發現。最後在指出並檢討本論文的限制與將來來可以更深入探討與挖掘的其他層面與議題。

This thesis uses a qualitative research narrative analysis method to discuss and explain the plight and stress relief of housewives in the Greater Taipei area, and focus groups are utilized to collect relevant research materials. In addition, due to the geographical convenience, the research targets focus group participants who live in Taipei area. The researcher is a housewife with over ten years of marital experience. Also, being a mother of two children, she deeply feels that marriage and family management are not easy. Given her role as a housewife, she feels embarrassed and ambiguous from time to time. Social evaluation indicates that there seems to be a stereotype in the general public, which points out "Housewives are a group of relaxed people who do not need to go out to work and make money, but only need to do well in the house affairs." However, clinically shows that housewives usually suffer from depression; it is a fact in the literature. In addition, the researchers did encounter many housewives who were sad, anxious, and even diagnosed with depression during her part-time and full-time two-year counseling internship experience in the community counseling.In consultation, the researcher personally feels deeply about these personal experiences, which arouses her interest in researching on "the plight and stress relief of housewives in Taipei area." This thesis focuses on two research questions: "What are the pressures and difficulties faced by housewives in the greater Taipei area in family management?" and "How can housewives in the greater Taipei area deal with and relieve the pressure?"; the information obtained in the two focus groups is presented in the four chapter by storytelling mode, and in the fifth chapter, at the end of the article, the method of interpreting the cycle is used to follow the overall context of the paper and dialogue with each link, in sake of finding more discoveries. Finally, the limitations of this paper and any other aspects and issues that can be discussed and dig deeper in the future are pointed out.
