對於一個組織來說,營運目標是追求獲利,而公司的獲利大多仰賴業務人員的業務推展,因此業務人員對於組織的重要性是不可言喻的。如何增加企業的獲利則仰賴員工的工作績效,而工作價值觀是否會對員工的工作績效有影響。所以本研究在探討業務人員的人格特質對於工作績效是否具有明顯的影響以及工作價值觀對於人格特質與工作績效具有中介效果。 本研究以台灣地區各產業之業務人員為研究對象,採用便利抽樣方式發放網路線上問卷,發放問卷時間為2018年3月12日至2018年3月17日,回收共220份有效問卷,研究的結果分析如下: 1. 「人格特質」對「工作價值觀」有顯著正向的影響。 2. 「工作價值觀」對「工作績效」有顯著正向的影響。 3. 「人格特質」對「工作績效」有顯著正向的影響。 4. 「工作價值觀」對於「人格特質」與「工作績效」之關係工作績效具有中介效果。
Nowadays, operating goal for an organization is to pursue profit. Because profit relies on salesmen, salesmen are important to the organization. In addition, how to increase the profitability of an enterprise is associated with the performance of employees and their working values. This study focused on exploring whether the personality traits of salesmen have a significant impact on job performance and work values. The research also evaluated the mediating role of work value on the relationship between personality traits and job performance. This study investigated salesmen in various industries. Convenient sampling method was used to distribute online questionnaires. The data were collected between March 12 and March 17 2018, 2018. A total of 220 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: 1. “Personality traits” have a significant positive influence on “work value”. 2. “Work value” has a significant positive influence on “performance”. 3. “Personality traits” has a significant positive influence on “performance”. 4. “Work value” has mediating effect in the relationship between “personality traits” and “performance”.
