本研究探討新北市國民中學教師對創新教學重要性看法和現況符合度之情況。以2024年自編之創新教學量表為研究工具,共有207份有效問卷,採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)以及二維矩陣來轉換與解釋數據,研究結果如下: 1.新北市國中教師高度認同創新教學的重要性。 2.新北市國中教師的創新教學現況達中上程度。 3.新北市國中教師對創新教學的重要性與現況皆因教學年資有所差異。 4.新北市國中教師的創新教學重要性與現況呈中度正相關。 5.國中教師在創新教學的重要性與現況存有小幅差距,尤其是「關注學生課堂上學習情形,適時適度調整授課方式。」;研究發現對「關注創新教學議題新知。」差距最大。 依據研究結果,本研究對教育機關、學校及未來研究者提供建議。
This study examines the importance and conformity of innovative teaching perceived by junior high school teachers in New Taipei City. The data were collected using a self-designed “innovative teaching scale” in 2024. There are 207 valid responses in this survey. This study employed t-test, ANOVA and two-dimension matrix to transform and interpret the data. The findings are listed as follows: 1.Junior high school teachers in New Taipei City are highly recognized the importance of innovative teaching. 2.Junior high school teachers in New Taipei City are displayed a moderately high level in their innovative teaching practices. 3.Junior high school teachers' innovative teaching are varied in importance and conformity based on their teaching seniority. 4.The importance and conformity of innovative teaching are moderately positively correlated perceived by junior high school teachers in New Taipei City. 5.Among junior high school teachers, innovative teaching exists a small gap between the importance and conformity, particularly in attending to students' learning in class and adjusting teaching methods timely and appropriately. The finding suggests that the gap of focusing on the latest innovative teaching issues is the largest one. Based on the findings, this study provides some suggestions for educational authorities, schools, and researchers.
